IDC Staff Instructor

When you are a MSDT Instructor, you can start with your Staff Instructors Course (12 days). Lisa will go over the necessary information before the actual IDC starts. During the actual IDC you will be the right hand of the Course Director, help her out with practical things as administration, skills, preparing the candidates, helping assessing the candidates, giving briefings and debriefings yourself and other fun things. You will learn how to structure an IDC and what is the best way to learn for a candidate. This course will give you new ideas about being an instructor and you will get a renewed interest in diving, teaching and perhaps one day think about becoming a Course Director yourself...
