Snorkel Trips and Courses
Our Snorkeling Trips go out to the areas of:
Koh Rok
Anemone Reef & Shark Point Phuket
Snorkeling prices include lunch, water, soda’s, mask, snorkel, fins, life jackets and a snorkeling guide. We have VHF radio and first aid on all our boats. We bring out fish slates to every snorkeling trip to help you identify all the beautiful fish you will see. The snorkeling trips depart at around 8.00 am and return in the late afternoon at around 4.00 pm.Max. group size per guide: 6 snorkelers to 1 guide. Children under the age of 5 need to snorkeling and supervised by the parent (s) the whole tour. Price p.p: 1.500 Thai Baht. No discount for children (we make the group smaller). If you are a large family and would like to rent a boat, this is also possible. We do also offer group discounts (groups needs to be larger then 6 people).
We offer guided snorkeling, so you will see nice fish and feel comfortable when you are snorkeling.
Padi and AWARE’s snorkeling courses:
* Padi Discover Snorkeling: never snorkeled before ? A bit scared or not a water 
talent ? No worries, you can start of the beach here in water where you can stand up in, we offer life jackets and personal coaching. If you feel well after one day, then you can take your guide with you to our snorkel sites in Open Water.You will see it is easy and you can have lot’s of fun ! No minimum age, children (until 18 years) need written permission from their parents. This is fun for the whole family !!!
* Shark AWAREness Distinct Snorkeling Specialty Course: after ca. 2,5 hour classroom discussions with 
video’s and your Padi instructor, you will go out to safely interact with sharks, while snorkeling. Don’t worry: we do not have aggressive sharks, but we do need to learn some information about them to be able to protect them and find them ! After the snorkeling you will get a Shark AWAREness certification card, which also contributes to the funding for the anti-shark finningand the protect the reef and protect the shark campaigns of project AWARE. * AWARE Coral Reef classroom course (one of the best books about nature is included in this course) in combination with your snorkeling trip. Nice to do with your whole family !! Is around 5 hours, also with video and breaks in the classroom and the next day we go out snorkeling to have a look at the reef. After thesnorkeling you will get an AWARE Coral Conservation certification card, with which you sponsor the protect the reef campaigns of project AWARE. * Padi Digital Underwater Photography Specialty Course Level 1: our Padi dive instructor will teach you how to make 
nice pictures and what to account for when making under water pictures.You can do this Padi course either with your own camera (in a housing) or with one of our rental camera’s. After this Padi course you will be able to make nicer pictureswhile snorkeling, you will have some cool souvenirs to bring back home and you will receive a Padi Certification Card. This Padi course comes with a Padi Underwater Photography Manual, a white slate and a sessions how to work with photo-shop, where we will burn your pictures on CD-rom or DVD as well.
Other activities we organize :
* We also offer Emergency First Response Courses (CPR, rescue breathing and first aid), Child Care Courses (for first aid for children) & Emergency Oxygen Courses for non-divers and divers. There are no age or other requirements for you to be able to participate in these courses !
Wouldn’t it be fun to do this with your whole family and isn’t this very important for your children to learn ? The Emergency First Response Course is just a 1 day course ! If you find this very interesting you can add 1 more day and also do the Emergency Oxygen Provider Course and / or the Child Care Course and go more into depth.
* Padi Skin Diver Course: From 8 years children can start with this course, which next to snorkeling on the 
surface also teaches children how to responsible and safe dive underwater while holding their breath. How to extend your time under water, how to interact with animal life under water, what to do and what not to do ? Fun for the whole Family.
* Padi Seal team: From 8 years, with a minimum of 4 children per group needed. Go on exiting missions under water in a swimming pool on compressed air (this is scuba diving for children until a max. depth of 4 meter in a swimming pool). Let children use their imagination and have aastronauts “free feeling” under water and play while diving on scuba under direct supervision of a Padi diving instructor.
* Padi Bubblemaker Course: From 8 years of age you can do this in a pool or Confined Water until a max. depth of 2 meter with a Padi Instructor. Become a diver today, feel weightless and learn about diving and fish ! We take children in a max.group size of 2 children per instructor, just to make sure their safety is very much taken care of!

* For information about Padi Discover Scuba Diving and the Padi Junior Scuba Diving and Padi Junior Open Water Diver Courses, and Padi Junior Adventure Diver and Padi Junior Advanced Diver Courses, please see the course pages about these courses or click on the words to be taken there.
It is important to know that children from 10 and 11 years of age have a maximum depth of 12 meter, children of 12 to 14(during and after completing their Padi Junior Advanced Course) have a maximum depth of 21 meter. When children of 10 and 11 are doing a diving course, Padi dive instructors can take a max. of 2 students in this age group and an additional 2 divers that are not in this age group (so max. 4 divers) in one group !
